These conditions apply to all use of woolina.nl and to all orders placed through our webshop.

3. Agreement
An agreement is concluded when you have received an order confirmation by e-mail. We reserve the right to refuse an order.
4. Prices
All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are stated separately at checkout.
5. Payment
We accept iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard and Bancontact. Payment must be made before the order is shipped.
6. Delivery
Delivery time is usually 1–3 business days within the Netherlands. We are not liable for delays due to external factors.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason. See our return policy for the conditions and procedure.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect damage.
9. Applicable law
These conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
