Are you not satisfied with our products or services? We'd like to hear from you, so we can resolve it together and improve our service.

How to submit a complaint?

  1. Contact us via info@woolina.nl and state your order number.
  2. Describe your complaint as clearly as possible and attach photos if applicable.
  3. We will confirm receipt within 1 working day.
  4. Within 14 days, you will receive a substantive response or a proposed solution.

Dispute Committee

If we can't resolve it together, you can submit your complaint to the European ODR platform via ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Of course, we do everything we can to prevent this.
