What is the delivery time for my order?

Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM are shipped the same day. The average delivery time within the Netherlands is 1–3 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands costs €4.95. For orders over €50, we offer free shipping.

How can I return my order?

You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Send an email to info@woolina.nl with your order number; we will then send you the return instructions.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely with iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.

What yarns do you sell?

In our webshop, you will find a carefully selected collection of YarnArt yarns, including cotton, acrylic, chenille, bamboo, and gradient yarns. We also offer KnitPro knitting needles and accessories.

What needle size do I need?

On each product, you will find the recommended needle size on the yarn band and in the product description. In doubt? We are happy to help you with your choice via info@woolina.nl.

Is my payment secure?

All transactions are processed via a secure connection and handled by a reliable payment service provider. We do not store any financial data ourselves.

Can I reserve a product?

We do not set aside products, but we regularly update our stock. For large projects, we recommend ordering enough yarn of the same dye-lot at once.
