Return Policy

We naturally hope you are happy with your order. If a product is not quite what you expected, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Cooling-off period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After notifying us of your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

Conditions for returns

  • The product is unused and undamaged.
  • The product is complete and, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
  • Yarn has not been used, washed, or soiled.
  • The original wrapper or packaging is present when necessary for reselling the product.
  • We cannot fully reimburse products with clear signs of use.

Return costs

The costs for returning an order are at the customer's expense, unless there is an error by Woolina or a wrongly delivered product.

How do I return a product?

  1. Send an email to info@woolina.nl with your order number and the products you wish to return.
  2. We will send you the return instructions.
  3. Pack the products carefully to prevent damage during transport.
  4. Keep your shipping receipt until your return has been fully processed.

After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase amount of the returned products as quickly as possible via the same payment method you used.

Refund

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the products.
